September Favourites

Hi!

I haven't done a monthly favourites since June (I think) and I've been loving a few things this month so I put two and two together and thought I'd share them with you.

Beauty

My first favourite is the Max Factor False Lash Effect Mascara. I got this a few months ago when Tesco was doing some thing on Twitter (can't remember what it was) and I got sent it for free. I tried it a few times and thought it was okay, but then I put it away and forgot I had it. But over the last month or so, I found it and I've been using it and this is actually so good! (why did I think it was only okay?) It's definitely more of a lengthening mascara than volume, but I really love it anyway!

I think it retails in stores for about £10 (don't hold me to that though haha!)

My next and final beauty favourite for this month is the Rimmel Kate Moss Lasting Finish Matte Lipstick in the shade 107. You may have seen this in my August Haul and I'm pretty sure you've all seen it before anyway but holy crap-a doodles this is my favourite lipstick ever! When I first put it on, I do feel a little bit like Miranda Sings but once I get used to it, I love it haha.

TV Shows & Music

My TV Show favourite for this month is 'Life Unexpected'. I watched the first season a while back and loved it, but Netflix didn't have the second season up until about two weeks ago. The second season is the last season because for some reason it was cancelled back in 2011. It's about this teenager called Lux, who was given up when she was born and has spent her whole life in and out of foster care. She then finds her biological parents because she wants to become emancipated, but instead a judge decides to grant temporary custody of Lux to her real parents, Cate and Baze. Anyway, I'm nearly finished the second season and I absolutely love it! You should definitely check it out!

My first music favourite for this month is Troye Sivan's EP 'Wild'. I love Troye and I'm so proud of him and Wild is amazing! I think my favourite song is probably Fools, Ease or The Quiet. (I basically just love the whole EP haha) You should definitely have a listen!

My next music favourite is Demi Lovato's album 'Demi'. I've loved this album since it came out back in 2013 but I recently rediscovered it and it's one of my favourite albums of Demi's. I listened to it all the time when I was going through a really bad time and I just love it really. Also, I'm so excited for her new album, this Demi era is without a doubt one of my favourites!

So that's what I've been loving this month, what are some of your favourites from this month? Do you love any of the things I've mentioned? Let me know in the comments, I'd love to know :)

I hope you enjoyed this post, thank you for reading!

Country Park Walks

Hi!

Yesterday I went on a walk and I took some pictures (when do I not?) and I thought I'd share the pictures I took along the way and while I was there.

I took my book with me and read for a while whist I was there and it was so relaxing and is now one of my favourite things to do!

The leaves are slowly turning different colours, which means it's basically Autumn, eek!

I hope you enjoyed this post and I will see you next time. Thank you for reading!

Stationary Haul | 2015

Hi!

I know, I know two hauls in a row, oops. But this one is for back to school purposes and I know I'm a little late because most people are going back to school tomorrow, or have already started last week, but better late than never, right?

I didn't get too much stuff because I actually do online learning at the moment so I didn't need too much, but I am starting year 10 which is obviously the year I start GCSE's so I wanted to get some folders and things. I got everything, apart from one thing, from Paperchase and I will link everything I got.

The first few things I got were a arch file (basically the same as a ring binder), some subject dividers for it and 5 document files. I just thought they'd come in handy, so I got them haha.

Arch file: http://www.paperchase.co.uk/stationery/3for2-stationery/white-lever-arch-file.html
Subject dividers: http://www.paperchase.co.uk/stationery/3for2-stationery/coloured-a4-subject-dividers-10-tabs.html
Document files: http://www.paperchase.co.uk/stationery/3for2-stationery/double-pocket-files-pack-of-5.html

The next things I got were a 10 subject notebook and a plain notebook. The first one is an essential and I'll use it for revision notes and things like that. The second one isn't for school, but I'm going to use it for blog stuff so I can be more organised (yay!) I got it plain because I'm going to decorate it myself, woo!

Plain notebook: http://www.paperchase.co.uk/stationery/notebooks/kraft-a5-notebook.html

The next things I got were a pack of 12 fine liner pens and a pack of 5 panda highlighters. Can we just talk about the panda highlighters for a second? THEY ARE SO FREAKING CUTE! I love them so much oh my goodness! They also do cat, Russian doll, bear, and other versions of the highlighters too.

The next thing I got from Paperchase was a globe sharpener and it's pretty self explanatory really. I decided to get my pens from Tesco because you get more for a cheaper price and I just prefer these ones to be honest haha. I also only got them in blue because I don't like writing in black, bit weird I know but hey ho. I didn't get any pencils because there wasn't any in Tesco which was a bit annoying really, but my mum will probably pick some up on Tuesday and I have one left from last year that will do for now anyway.

The final things I got were these two rubbers. THEY ARE SO ADORABLE! I am literally in love with them, they are so cute! Paperchase also do other animal ones in case you don't like these two, but seriously who wouldn't think these were cute?!

Elephant rubber: http://www.paperchase.co.uk/iwako-elephant-eraser.html

So that's everything I got, it's not a huge amount but as I said I do online learning at the moment so I don't need too much. I hope you enjoyed this post regardless and I will see you in my next one! Thank you for reading!

Shannon
